If you are an iMIS user, you know that the iMIS User Group, and iMIS Innovations conferences are not ones to miss. As a longtime iMIS user it was wonderful to attend and to teach on 5 rules of membership campaigns. Here are the take aways:
Onboard your members quickly, they need a quick time to value on their membership investment.
Make re-engagement campaigns, or something similar, check in with your members halfway through the year to see how they are doing.
When asking members to renew, use a full omni approach, and ensure that your onboarding & re-engagement campaigns are sound before asking them for more money.
Don’t set it and leave it. Make the campaigns, then check the stats and refresh the emails at least once a year.
I highly encourage iMIS users to benefit from both groups extensive learning through out the year and their annual conferences!
