ASAE MMC + Tech Conference

Gathering with like-minded association friends is the highlight of my year! This year’s ASAE MMC+Tech Conference was special because:

1. I was 8 months pregnant

2. Exhibiting for the first time

3. Speaking

Being 8 months pregnant at a conference is interesting and uncomfortable. I was amazed at how many people stopped by to tell me good luck with the baby, and how proud of me they were for being a working mom. I felt a lot of love and support.

We also exhibited for the first time at MMC+Tech and it was a huge success. People could come by for a free email review and pick up some fun email swag!

The Membership Game: Winning Email Campaigns was my session. I find so many associations haven’t automated their membership emails. I presented on all types of membership campaigns, showed what the campaign flow should be, common problems and solutions to getting them up and running and answered a lot of questions!
